FAQ

Can the agent schedule interviews on its own?

It can propose times and send polls; the actual calendar invite waits for human approval by default. You can lower the bar per-identity if you want the agent to confirm slots autonomously.

Does it work with my ATS?

Yes — Helix exposes a REST API and webhooks. Push candidate events from Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, etc.; the agent picks them up.

How are rejection letters handled?

The recruiter coordinator template ships a default rejection script that tracks role and pipeline stage. Every send waits for a human approval; you can edit before approving.
