Use case

AI sales follow-ups

AI sales follow-ups, in your voice, with human approval on every send. Helix gives the agent a real mailbox — yours or a fresh address — and queues every reply for one-tap approval.

How it works

  1. 01

Connect your real inbox or spin up a fresh one

Use your existing Gmail or Outlook, or create a dedicated agent inbox in 30 seconds. Either way, the agent has a durable identity with scoped permissions.

  2. 02

    Drop in a stalled-deal-chaser template

Pick the stalled-deal-chaser template and the agent inherits the right tone, cadence, and approval policy for outbound nudges. Drive it from Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or n8n.

  3. 03

    Approve every send

Each draft lands in the Helix queue. You approve, edit, or skip in one tap. The agent learns your tone over time; the human stays in control.

In plain prose

Most "AI follow-up" tools either send on autopilot — risky for real customer relationships — or generate drafts in a separate window you have to copy-paste. Helix lives between the two: drafts are produced by your LLM of choice, then queued in a real inbox waiting for your nod.

Because Helix exposes one MCP endpoint, the same agent can be driven from Claude on your laptop and Cursor on your phone. The agent identity is durable across LLM clients, sessions, and devices.

The result: AI follow-ups that sound like you, sent from your real address, with a human approval log behind every message.

FAQ

Will the email come from my real address?

Yes — if you connect Gmail or Outlook, sends use that mailbox. If you spin up an agent inbox, sends use that dedicated address. Either way, the recipient sees a real From: header, not a relay.

How does Helix avoid sending spam?

The default approval policy is "always" — every send waits for a human nod. The free tier is rate-limited and every agent has a sponsor with a verified dashboard account.

Can I run multiple sales agents?

Yes. Each agent has its own identity, scope, and approval queue. Some teams run one agent per rep; others run one agent per stage of the pipeline.
